Real-time, face-to-face communication without picking up the phone.
CLive is a web-based video chat solution, which enables website visitors to talk directly to your staff or agents at the click of a mouse-button. The visitor can see and hear the agent and, if they have a webcam and microphone, can have a two way conversation without the need to pick up the telephone. They can also communicate using the traditional text chat system.
Agents have their own standalone CLive application which they can use to collect visitor details, send visitors files or direct them to webpages, ask predefined questions and set their status to 'Away', 'Busy' etc.
Supervisors also have access to visitor information, chat histories and session statistics as well as having control over service agents.
The website-based (visitor facing) part of the CLive system runs using the powerful Flash 8 plugin, meaning that the majority of visitors will not need to download anything to use it. This also means that, due to the flexibility of Flash, customisation and branding of the application to look and feel like the website it resides on is not a problem.
